Tami and Lisa were helpful in letting me know how my babies were doing while I was on a trip! Very helpful & friendly! I will use this place again in the future ! Very clean and inexpensive!
We had to bring our 1year boy Pirate to the hotel for a few nights and of course I was freaking out even more then my cat :-)
Pirate is not very social cat and he is getting scared quite easy of new people around and I was worried that he will hate me after I will bring him back home.
Turned out he was having a good time- first of all he learned a new cat language , now when he follows me everywhere he talks to me…and it’s so sweet!
Oh! And he learned that the brush can be his friend so I have to thank Guy for that.
Needless to say the place is crispy clean, Tami let cats out to play and takes good care of them.
I will definitely bring my boy again to KittyHotel because I completely trust Tami!
Tami is extremely punctual in getting back to you. My cat, normally traumatized by boarding stays, came back fairly emotionally friendly, which is great by her standards.
Two caveats: This place books up quickly, so make arrangements in advance. Also, the lack of weekend hours can make pickup and dropoff difficult.
